So here's my style of fitness video posting: put on clothes, set-up phone where it won't break, start with a happy baby and work it out! The idea with my FitFatFoodie movement posts to present to you how I fit in my fitness routine around my not-so-predictable day. Sometimes it's solo, but most often with a kid. I want you to feel like you and I are just hanging out and get those endorphins up. How does that sound?
So here you go! This 10 Minute total body routine is great with just body weight, but feel free to grab dumbbells or a band to enhance it. Personally, I did some cardio with the jogging stroller prior, so enjoy my glistening face and sweat drip!
